Hit this in Dicks today and think it would be a handy club to use on tight par 4s or from the fairway on par 5s, has anyone ever actually used one of these on the course? I’m curious how they are being that this is the first time i’ve ever hit one

I use a 2i off the tee when my driver isn’t cooperating

    What’s your driver carry irl?

Those are driver numbers for a lot of very good players

Personally, in competition, I go with a 5 wood over my 21⁰ iron. Similar distance, easier to hit, and broader use.

In beer league, you bet your ass I’m taking that iron if for nothing else than to flex.

Post a video of your swing I want to see how you generate that much speed with a 2 iron

If the left to right dispersion is better for you but the front to back is worse on mishits I see the value in bagging it. There are holes where the depth of the landing zone isn’t a big factor but being left or right is dead. Would be good in that instance

Twitter golfer will post this pic and say my 8i isn’t going as far as it used to, man I suck!

2 iron is my safe off the tee play. I also hit it out of the fairway if far enough out. I hit it a lot on course and your 2 iron numbers are essentially my driver numbers so yeah you will find it useful.

My golfing buddy plays a driving iron on any par four that’s under 400 yards, and he’s pretty good with it.
